Dieta a la Semana Santa

Lunes Santo. What I had for lunch.


Lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, apple bits with cream of balsamic vinegar.

I would’ve wanted tuna in there too but I forgot to buy some during my Saturday grocery trip.

Anyway, I thought I should eat more salad. It just happens to be Semana Santa so it seems I’m on a diet because of the occasion. But really this is not only healthy but appetizing. Plus cheese on salad is just yum. Next I will be using blue cheese. This is the start of many salad experiments to come!


On a side note, I miss eating pancakes. I haven’t seen any ready mix in the supermarket but if I have to do it old style so be it!
